Can't beleive I fell for this, it has arrived in Wales, I very luckily won 2 gym memberships but sons say gym is dodgy. Also involved me paying a weekly fee for maintenance. My neice also received one,lives not far from me, so must be doing blanket coverage of area. Have reported it via email to Trading Standards ,Carmarthenshire...hope it helps get rid of this type of rotten scams...oh well, could be worse...now if it was a free facelift may have followed through without another thought:eek:

    I had one of these in the post today. Just addressed to "Mr/Mrs" and then the address. Which is what made me smell a rat. (I'm a cynical wotnot anyway, it has to be said).

    Don't think I'll bother phoning.

    Thank goodness for this site - googled Matters Consulting and found this - it's a nasty little scam - because some of the stuff on the blue "Congratulations" slip is handwritten it somehow seems less corporate. However like many, was put off by the Mr/Mrs bit so googled and came here. So watch out London - I'm in Catford and it arrived today....

    And London. Just got it through my door tonight. I love this forum - just googled the name and up came this thread (and the other long one, which explains how they've had invetigations against them)
