Hi Guys!
Another week.....where has it gone??????
This week we are having:
Thursday-Chicken, Roasties, Yorkies, Carrots & Peas
Friday-Lamb Stew & Dumplings
Saturday-At friends
Sunday-Steak, Chips, Garlic Bread & Salad
Monday-Fishfingers, Mash & Roasted Veg
Tuesday-Chops in SC, Mini Roasties, Carrots & Peas
Wednesday-Birthday
Thursday-Cheese/Pot Pie
Breakfasts will be things like: toast, eggs, cereal, juice, bacon butty, mushrooms on toast, porridge etc
Lunches willbe things like: soup & roll, sarnies, leftovers, baked spud, something on toast etc.
So whats everyone else having?

Can not belive it has come around so quick again.
I am not going to meal plan this week as i still have not oven. I am just taking each day as it comes as the cooker could arrive as any day.
Lunch i can plan.
They will be Sandwiches with Ham, Cheese, Egg or veggiemite. Fruit and youghurt.
I am really missing not being able to bake things for the childrens lunch boxes. Had to go to Morrisons and buy some today :mad:0 -
Here's mine....
Fri - smoked mackerel and veg
Sat - Shep pie and veg
Sun - Ham omelette and salad
Mon - Smoked haddock and veg
Tue - Chicken and veg curry
Wed - Chilli wraps
Thur - sausage mash and veg
Lunches will be, ham and cheese rolls, jacket potatoes, potato farls with scrambled eggs, and possibly cold fritata style omeletteworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

My week starts on Sun 7th and here is what we are having.
(I had been posting on this thread a couple of months ago but fell off the wagon, so want to start posting again as its great inspiration to me and would love to think my meal plan may encourage even 1 person!).
Sunday- Filled pasta, tomato sauce (HM with pureed red peppers, garlic, tom puree, splash of cream and a little basil), garlic bread (HM baguettes using MrsM's recipe from GC thread .
Monday- chicken fajitas with salad from the garden
Tuesday- mince and tatties
Wednesday- HM mini quiche, chips and salad from the garden
Thursday- chilli mince [STRIKE]enchildas[/STRIKE] quesadillas- cos greent posted a lovely recipe on the GC thread.
Friday- Haddock mornay,potatoes, peas
Saturday- Chicken curry and rice (half of the curry will be kept for Sunday next week)
Breakfast for me will be yoghurt/cereal/toast/muffin depending on how I feel. DS (14 months) will have his HM porridge/muesli and DH eats sarnies he takes to work.
Lunch will be toasties/sarnies/HM soup/left-overs if there are any.
Looking forward to reading through all of your plans.

The weeks are going waay too fast, feels like I only just posted last week's mealplan
I'm trying to cut down on the amount of red meat I'm eating but I'm finding it hard to think of anything else. I dont have that many meals that I do that are veggie or based on fish or poultry so I'll be looking to steal lots of ideas for this from you allThis weeks plan doesnt look too bad though...
T - spicy bean & sweet potato stew HM, from freezer
F - salmon, mash & peas
S - [strike]chicken pasta bake[/strike] tomato pasta
S - shepherds pie HM, from freezer
M - veggie sausages, rice, beans & peas
T - orange soup (butternut squash, sweet potato & carrots) batch for freezer
W - chilli con carne HM, from freezer
T - [strike]chicken curry & naan[/strike] jacket potato, beans & cheese

ok, done a meal plan this week i rarely stick to them but hopefully posting on here will keep me on track, i gotta use up what i have in house before bringing more stuff in, got loads of one portion stuff so some days we are all having different stuff but these are the days i work so we dont normally eat together anyway
thurs Pulsey beef chilli and rice
fri me, lamb shank, hubby salad, kids fish fingers
sat going to a wedding so hopefully we will be fed there
sun tuna/salmon steak, potato croquttes and veg
mon roasted veg and cheesy filo parcels with southern fried wedges, kids cheese and pot filo
tues spicey beanburgers, kids chicken kiev and potato rosti
wed single ready meals that are festering in freezer, kids sausages beans and mash
thurs some sort of pasta, i will see what needs using upDe-clutter this year 10kg:j

Saturday Veg curry and rice (leftovers for lunch one day)
Sunday Aubergine, parmaesan and mozzerella bake with salad
Monday Pasta with tomato and veg sauce (leftovers for lunch one day)
Tuesday Quorn fillet with veg and potatoes
Wednesday Jacket potatoes with cheese and beans
Thursday Veg risotto
Friday Tofu, sirfry and noodles
Some may get swopped around. Breakfast is usually cereal either weetabix or shreddies. Lunch is egg, spag hoops or beans on toast, leftovers, pitta and houmous or similar.

Thursday: Beef stew and rice
Friday: Spaghetti with a tomatoey-sardine sauce
Saturday: Pizza and wedges
Breakfasts are bananas and yoghurt, toast or porridge throughout the week.
Hubby's lunches: PB and Js, a yoghurt, 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 pear
Mine and DDs: Cheese on toast with homemade coleslaw, potato salad or rice salad - all followed by an apple or pear - throughout the week.
DD nibbles on dried fruit for the odd snack - I have raisins and cashews (yum with a cuppa.)Love and compassion to all x0 -

Saturday - Beef and Guinness Pie, mash and veg (freezer)
Sunday - Roast Chicken and trimmings
Monday - Iman Bayaldi and quinoa (freezer)

Thursday - Harira, couscous, and flatbreads (freezer)
Friday - Ragu bolognese and spaghetti (freezer)
