Can you update your balance transfer credit card table to show Halifax One BT fee is not capped at £50.

I've just been charged £109 as it is actaully uncapped which was a little bit of a nasty surprise! (I'll still make money on the deal but just not as much!). Appreciate your table is for guidance only but if you get a chance to change it that would be good.
Cheers

Thanks for that - I think I'll make a phone call and see if they'll be 'flexible' on this.
Cheers

....well Halifax came back to me today and indeed I was on the "uncapped" T&Cs :-(
....however as a gesture of goodwill (after I had a polite moan to them) they reduced the BT fee to £50 (on this occasion only etc etc). So a result in the end but reinforces the point made earlier to always check those T&Cs (even the really small print!)
Cheers

I've just fallen victim to this although I have also just called Halifax One enquiry line twice this afternoon and have had the capped fee of £50 confirmed to me. I've just posted my experience on the 'Misinformed by Customer Service' thread - I was actually shaf*ed by the card processing people who have put me on some bizarre set of T & C's - I am still hoping to get it refunded, especially as their own staff (and their website 'Summary Box' as of 5 minutes ago) still shows it as capped at 50 quid. I'm having trouble actually getting anyone to listen though. How can they advertise one thing and actually charge another- surely against some rules or other?0

I applied for a Halifax card when the offer was 0% 12 months on BTs (uncapped fee) and purchases. When I cheked my recent statement, there was a note saying BTs are 2% capped at £50. Have the changed my T&Cs or is this a misprint?0
