To err on the side of caution, I'd edit your URL and remove everything after index.php so that you can't be accused of having a referral code in it.
I've tested it and it still works like that.

Even though Wokkies may have amended, once you clicked on the link, Wokkies email address still came up in the header bar as part of the URL0 -
