Hi,
I have a file server set up which is also running Mail Server software to handle both emails for myself and other emails for people at home. The Mail Server has its own webmail feature, which I have correctly setup through my router's firewall etc. Everything works fine. The only problem I have is the fact I have a dynamic IP Address. This was a problem, so I signed up for an account at No-IP. I have set up an A-record host with them. I also installed their "Dynamic update client" program on my mail server which updates the IP Address on the A-record should my IP Address change (which, occasionally, it does!).
However, the question, whenever I type my password or any other information into my webmail setup, can the No-IP company who host my A-record see the information, or does it simply go to the No-IP company asking them for the IP Address, and then it sends the data directly to my IP Address?
Thanks in advance

Hi. Thanks for your info and such a speedy reply!
I am using SSL in an MS Exchange 2003 environment with Outlook Web Access. I'm running it with its normal setup (Basic Authentication) as I realised the Integrated Windows Authentication doesn't work in the circumstances...
I haven't got a VPN setup so I don't think that is an issue, but I am currently making a small site to run that will allow me to access my "My Documents" folder from the Internet. Again, this will use SSL and the Web Folder technology (WebDAV I believe) and will allow me to access features like Outlook Web Access and my Intranet.
Thanks for the speedy reply!0
