I joined Just Dial Saver International Lite for 16.99! it would have been a good deal for me coz it includes upto 60 hours of free calls to australia.
But when i checked my online account i noticed that i have been charged for this destination. I wanted clarification and so emailed them. But 3 mails and no replies!! Only acknowldgement of receipt of emails.
And for past 2 days, I am unable to login as the websites My account page says " this page doesnt exist".
Can somebody help me with this? Is there anyother way of contacting them?
If i cancel the services, can i say they didnt provide adequate service?
Please advice.Thanks!
Added : I am able to log in now!

It looks ok to me. The account login page does come up ok now. On your browser try selecting: Tools, then select internet options, then select delete cookies, delete files and clear history. Then try again to access the login page and it'll probably be ok then.0

The calls are not free you are paying £16.99p a month for the priviledge of this service.Thats over £200 a year.Do you actually speak to OZ for 13 hours a week.0 -

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Thanks for all your replies. I was able to login later.
My calls to australia n other countries are for more than 15 hours/ week.
I may try other companies but right now i have set up a direct debit. If they dont respond or i am charged... can i refuse to pay quoting their initial agreement?0 -
I too signed up for justdial's international lite service and I too continued to be charged for all my international calls. Of the 10+ emails I have sent them, just two have been answered and they have offered me two credits of £2 or so each. What they haven't sorted out is the problem. So after a month of this farce, I have abandoned the £16.99 fee and returned to the fee free service. It's as if they really couldn't care less. This is a perfectly adequate service as long as you don't have a problem. You might get lucky by trying the customercare@just-dial.com email address rather than just the care@ email address.0

I call Australia for approximately 6 hours a week. I pay 1p per minute landline to landline by dialing 0844 8619898 first. The cheapest I've found landline to Oz mobile is 8p per minute. I also call Ozzie landlines using my free minutes on my mobile by directing my call through a UK mobile number. I got all of these numbers from Martin's site.
I looked at the JustDial International option and I honestly can't justify speading that much per month when I can call for 1 pence per minute just for the amount I use.
Btw, has anyone ever found a cheap way for texting Australia - thats where all my money goes!0 -

1p/minute to Australian landlines is double what you could be paying if you used 18185 (4p connection and 0.5p/minute).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. I signed up for the just dial international max tarriff as my wife calls her family in Bulgaria quite a lot.The fee is £24.99 per month which was supposed to include free calls to Bulgaria but when i got my bill, i realised to my shock-they charged for every call too.I too e-mailed countless times without success. Finally i got a call at work from someone in a call centre in India!.I explained the situation but she could'nt get what i was saying. So anoying!!.Thanks Just dial-you have £100 of my money and not much chance of getting it back as they ignore e-mails and recorded delivery letters!.
Word of advice -Only use saver lite for no monthly charge.0
