Camping in Brittany this summer - any one get any moneysaving tips?

Hello
We have booked a campsite in Brittany for a week (taking our own tent) and driving from Calais.
Can anyone give us some moneysaving tips on the area (Benodet) - such as where to buy food/ alcohol/ eat out/ go for the day when it rains... what should we take with us to cut costs and what is cheaper in Brittany??
We have travelled extensively but never to France
