I can't login to Empire keeps telling me I'm not recognised even though I sent a forgotten password request which confirmed I was using the correct user name and password :mad:. Have emailed Empire, so hopefuly will get this sorted

I had the same problem months ago. What it was with me is that I hadn't clicked on the ORIGINAL confirmation email when u sign up. Yet it still sends your password out etc. So i searched 'empire' in my email account, found the original, confirmed, then it was sorted

Thanks. I had a search through my login email folder and found 2 (April and June) from empire with username and password but no link, I must have deleted the original. Hopefully I'll get a reply from Empire with a link, failing that I may just create a new account with them
