1. Any personal data supplied in connection with this promotion (name, valid email, phone number and UK postal address) will only be used for the purposes of this promotion. This will include providing details (name & county of residence) of the prize winner to any person who requests such information.


2. The promotion runs from the 18 July 2008 until 14 August 2008 inclusive.


3. To participate, email drivegreener@promotions.bpultimate.co.uk with your answer in the subject line and your name, surname, address and phone number in the body of the email. The prize will only be awarded to the person whose details were entered as previously mentioned.


4. Entries are limited to one entry per person.


5. No purchase necessary.


6. There will be one prize only.


7. The winner will be sent a cheque made out to the person named in their entry email.


8. The prize will be awarded through one draw which will take place on 15th August 2008. The winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator.


9. Participants should ensure that their correct details are provided in their email. If the cheque is returned with incorrect address information, the prize will be deemed void.


10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that is lost or otherwise fails to be entered into the promotion.


11. The prize is non-transferable, your statutory rights are not affected.


12. The closing date for all entry routes will be midnight on the 14 August 2008.


13. The Promoter will write to the randomly selected winner to confirm the details of the prize.

15. Winner agrees to take part, at the Promoter’s request and expense, in any relevant publicity.

BP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.


17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
