Whatever your age, if you're curious about the world around you, there's something for you and your family all through the summer holidays at the Centre for Life, Newcastle. Your SundaySun has five sets of family tickets to giveaway.
The latest hands on exhibition, Fit for Fun, explores health and fitness in an enjoyable, active way and runs until September 2nd, 2008. You can scale the slanting walls …using only your arms; change TV channels with a muscle powered remote control; and find out if you’re a super taster.
To tie in with Fit for Fun, and offer even more activity and events throughout the holidays. Life is running themed sports weeks throughout July and August. Frisbee games, martial arts, racquet sports, dance and circus skills will all be available to try on selected dates.

Elsewhere at Life this summer: you can enter the awesome Dome for a visual journey to the stars unlike anything else in the region; watch and participate in the latest Life Theatre live show, “Extreme Sports” which explores the weird things that happen inside our bodies when we’re pushed to the limits; find out about our origins; our world; and our future in the Human Life exhibition, and enjoy the thrills and spills of our crazy motion ride. Whatever the weather, it’s a great day out!
