Advice on Virgin Media Upgrade

Virgin keep ringing me at the moment offering me a deal on my Phone, Broadband and TV. They keep pestering me for a decision there and then so I put the phone down on them. However, I would like some advice on this.
I currently pay the following
Line Rental £11
Talk Evening & Weekend £3.45
Broadband L £25
Phone & BB bundle saving - £8
E Bill Discount - £1
Average Call Charges - £27.50
Usual bill per month approx £60.00
They are offering me a bundle with Talk Unlimited, Talk Mobile, L Broadband & a V Box for £37.45 per month. They are also offering installation of the V Box for £30. (I need this as I want the box in a back bedroom.)
Is this likely to save me money in the long run?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to know what to tell them when the inevitable call comes tonight at 7 (for the third night in a row)
