Travelodge £19 room sale is back! Book 21 days in advance for stays up to 7 Sept '08

What's the deal?
Budget hotel chain Travelodge has a summer sale offering 50,000 'saver rooms' in all its UK hotels at £19 per night, for stays booked 21 days in advance to 7 September. The usual price for these rooms is £29 to £59, so it's a good way to cheaply stay around the UK.
There don't seem to be any London roooms at £19, but there are some for £29, which is still cheap compared to the usual c.£99 rooms there.
What are Travelodge rooms like?
They're clean, functional and do the job. This is about the twelfth travelodge deal that MoneySavers have jammed in and there's usually extremely good feedback from those who've taken part, though there are some concerns it has a deliberate 'overbooking' policy, but most MoneySavers don't report problems.
Doesn't it always have £19 rooms available?
Yes, you can generally find a £19 room somewhere, just usually not where you want to stay. It tends to release the £19 rooms in tranches, and then leave them there until it sells out. The point of this sale is it's just released a massive batch with widespread availability.
What you need to do
£19 rooms are on sale right now so use Travelodge's room search to find a hotel and date available. Be aware, these rooms must be paid for in advance, are non-refundable and you must book at least 21 days before arrival.
Hotels in popular areas such as London and the coast don't seem to have many rooms at this price, but if you're lucky enough to nab one, please post the details below so other MoneySavers may be able to benefit.
Bag extra cashback
If you use cashback websites you can even get cashback on these; see the Top Cashback Sites guide.
Is this as cheap as it gets?
No, in the past it has offered £9 room sales; but these tend to be once a year at most and not over the summer, so this is still a dirt cheap deal. Any new promotions Travelodge or other cheap hotel chains offer in the future will be included in the weekly email.
Bag some cheap days out to go with your bargain room

Spent too much time looking for any room in West Contry or Wales any date in Aug Sept and eventually found just ONE at that price. I think it is like trying to find the needle in the haystack. I dont appreciate this time wasting and will boycott Travelodge as a personal protest.0

but its so quick and easy to search. you put in a starting date, a place you want to stay, and then it lists all room prices for the nearest 50 hotels to that area. you then only have to scroll forwards in dates to find somewhere at the offer rate - 5 mins and youre done

travelodge would have to pay me a lot more than £19.99 to stay in one of their dirty filthy rooms!0
