Reading is so important for children, it really encourages them to use their imagination and increases their confidence, developing individual likes and dislikes of characters is an integral part of growing up and forming their own views about the world. So we're delighted to join forces with Poppy's Books to offer you this chance to win £50 of brand new books!

Prize draw rules

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
3. There will be 1 winner, winning one prize.
4. Entries must be received by 5pm on 1st August 2008. The winner will be notified on or before 30th August 2008 by the email address they provide. If no response is received within 30 days another draw will take place.
5. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the Prize Draw. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by completing the form online at https://www.whatson4schoolkids.co.uk.
6. Prize draw winner's name and county will be available from the Winner's List WO4SK August 2008 - Free Prize Draw, What's On 4 Ltd, White Cottage, Bramley Green, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 5AJ between 15th June 2008 and 1st August 2008, provided a SAE is enclosed.
7. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of What's On 4 Ltd to take publicity photographs and interview the winners and for these to be used by What's On 4 in any media publication.
8. The prize will consist of £50 worth of books from Poppy’s Books, selected by 1st October 2008. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 8 weeks of the prize draw.
9. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Promoters reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
10. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
