This competition is open to consumers aged 12 (twelve) years or over who are residents located in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

The draw will take place on and will be drawn at random under independent supervision. The winners will be informed within 28 days.
The prize is valid for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children) sharing a family room in either the Alton Towers or Splash Landings Hotel. The prize must be redeemed before 16th October 2008, and is subject to availability. Bed, breakfast, and dinner are included, along with two day access to both the Theme Park and Waterpark and a round of Extraordinary Golf. Entrance to the SPA, and Treatments, games and movies are extras, and will be charged as taken. Under 12 is a child.
The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or severable. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of the Prize with one of equivalent or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the competition as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or as a result from any production errors or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a Prize if a Prize winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion.
The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant or winner for any third party failures beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fraud.
