1. This promotion and prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) over the age of 18. Employeers and their families of Constellation Europe Ltd, WM Morrisons plc, the agents, agencies or any person professionally connect with the promotion are excluded.
2. This competition is free. No purchase is necessary.
3. All entries to the prize draw must be received between 14/07/08 and 21/08/08.
4. All entries received by the closing date will be entered into a free prize draw where one winning entry will be randomly selected by an independent person chosen by the promoter before 30/08/08.
5. The Promotor accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed electonic or postal entries or claims. Such entries and/or claims will be void. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. One entry per person. No entries submitted via a third party will be accepted.
6. There is one winning prize. The prize is £500 worth of spa vouchers.
7. The voucher is redeemable at one of 4000 spas worldwide. Enter your postcode at www.spafinder.co.uk to find your nearest one.
8. The booking of the prize will be organised by the winner and is subject to availability.
9. The prize can only be taken between 1/09/08 and 31/08/09.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and no change can be given. The Promoter reserves the rights to substitute the prize draw with that of an equal or greater value.
11. For the prize draw winner name and country of residence, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope marked "Echo Falls Winners list" to Echo Falls Spa competition, c/o ignito, 38 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6EQ between 01/09/08 and 1/10/08.
12. All prize draw winners may be required to participate in publicity relating to this promotion and consent to their name, photographs, and prize draw entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter.
13. Entry to the Prize Draw is deemed as acceptance of the rules and by claiming the prize, the participant agrees to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these rules form a part and in the case of the prize draw for their details being communicated to third parties in relation to the prize draw.
