......... I just got home (limping up the drive) to see a delivery van pulling away from my house. I got that instant excited feeling that every true comper will recognise.
The driver shouted to let me know he'd left a parcel with some neighbours. So there's me excited wondering what the mystery parcel could be. The suspense is building. I literally drop my shopping indoors and go across to collect this mystery parcel. The neighbour has seen me come home so was walking across with this parcel - ooohhh it's a largish box. By this point I'm thinking wow - this looks like a good 'un.
I thank the neighbour and take the box from her. It's fairly heavy so I assume it must be a substantial prize. I return inside the house pulling at the brown parcel tape - the anticipation is killing me by this point. What could it be?
I'm waiting for a few prizes to arrive but this box doesn't really seem to be the right size for any of them.

I eventually peel off the brown tape and open the lid of the box to reveal...................

........ a 3.5 litre tub of Slug Pellets! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Annoyingly I recently went out and bought some slug pellets. These will come in useful though I'm sure! :j
