The prize is, except in peak periods, valid any time during 2008 but subject to availability and sponsor’s conditions. Entries must be received by Aug 1, 2008. The winner must be 21 or over and is responsible for own travel insurance. Passports should be valid for a minimum of four months from date of departure. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and excludes cash alternatives.

Competitions are open to all readers, except employees of the German National Tourist Office (GNTO), Air Berlin, Holiday Inn Germany, Berlin Tourism Marketing and anyone else connected with organising this competition. No entries will be accepted after midnight, Aug 1. Only one correctly completed entry per household. The GNTO does no accept responsibility for their non-receipt or loss. The winner's name will be published on www.germany-tourism.co.uk. He or she will agree to take part in any publicity, if required. Prize-winners will be notified by GNTO within three weeks of the winning entry being drawn at random. Cash alternatives will not be offered in whole or part, but the organisers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances beyond their control require it. The prize is subject to availability. Personal details will not be passed onto third parties or other organisations without prior permission of the entrants.
