Competition Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is open to residents of the UK aged 16 and over. Employees of Brampton Manor Country Club are excluded from the competition.
2. Entries to the competition should be sent via the Brampton Manorwebsite no later than July 31st 2008.
3. The competition opens for entries on June 1st 2008.
4. One entry per email address can be submitted throughout the duration of the competition.
5. All entries both via the website and sent by post will be entered into a hat and drawn on the 1st August 2008.
6. There is one first prize of a Brampton manor month membership and 50 runners up prizes of 1 week membesrhips - no cash alternatives will be offered.
7. Prizes are to be confirmed by 6th August 2008.
8. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winners.
9. No cash alternatives will be offered. In the unlikely event of non-availability of the prize we reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
10. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in both transit and posted via the the website.
11. The judges’ decision is final.
12. No correspondence will be entered into. Instructions for participation form part of these rules.
13. The winners may be required to participate in publicity and this may involve having their photograph taken.
14. Travel expenses are not provided. Travel to and from the Salon are the responsibiltyof the winners.
14. The name of the winners will be available after the draw (1st August 2008) to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope marked Brampton Manor Membership competition, Brampton Manor Country Club, Old Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 3QR.
