The only thing I can find is on the home office site but it's based on the year 2000 Do you think it would have change in the last 8 year?

The greatest proportion of adult male sentenced prisoners were serving sentences for
violence (22%), whilst almost two-fifths (39%) of the adult female population were serving
    sentences for drug offences.
