2 people for under £500

Hi Guys and Girls

I'm totally stuck, me and the girlfriend are looking for a cheap holiday (sub £500) for this August. Given that it's not long away, I thought there would be loads but I'm struggling to find anything.

We are 24 and 25 so we want to go somewhere with a little bit of life.

If anyone can help it would be great as I'm starting to lose all hope. I must be rubbish at searching for hols.

We don't mind booking flights and hotel seperate but we do need it to be sub £500

PLEASE HELP.

Any time in August really. Birmingham/Coventry are the preferred Airports but if we can get to an alternative cheap enough then we will consider anywhere.

How long for? GF & I going to Amsterdam for a long weekend start of August from Brum for 3 nights, hotel, flights and Breakfast included, at just over £400 I thought its ok price for this time of year

olypmpicholidays.com (but fone instead as their online prices arent the cheapest)

2wentys.co.uk ( i just noticed a break to ibiza had been £488 based on 4 last week is now half price this week. 2wentys seem to be droppin prices alot quicker this year. usually its £50 a week. )

id say plan your hol departure date and airport and then book as late as poss.

Quick look on teletext hols shows 1 week luxor egypt for pp 231.

Look at first choice under last minute deals ..plenty of deals in your price range.
