No third party, agent or bulk entries will be accepted. 3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, either complete the official online entry form on the Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew promotional website www.johnfriedasheerblonde.co.uk or on the designated expandable banners appearing on the following websites: Handbag, Instyle, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Stylefinder, Hello magazine, MSN and Channel 4. Entries received by any other means (eg by post) will be rejected. 4. Entries must be completed and submitted online between 1 July 2008 and 6am on 1 August 2008. Only fully completed online registration forms submitted between these dates will be accepted. 5. Proof of submitting an online entry form is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which, due to a technical error or for any other reason beyond the Promoter's control, are not received or are delayed. 6. There are 1001 prizes to be won in total, consisting of one first prize of a year's worth of highlights at the John Frieda Salon in Mayfair, London and 1,000 runners-up prizes of a Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Range set. 7. The first prize of a year's worth of highlights at the John Frieda Salon in Mayfair, London will include up to a maximum of 6 visits to the John Frieda Salon in Aldford Street in Mayfair, London, with each visit including a hair cut, colour treatment and blow dry with a John Frieda stylist and colour technician. All 6 visits will need to be completed within 12 months of the first scheduled appointment. The first appointment must be booked before 1 September 2008 and be scheduled for no later than 30 September 2008. The winner will also receive £300 spending money to assist with travel arrangements to and from the salon. All other travel expenses, additional treatments at the Salon and associated costs will be the responsibility of the first prize winner. Appointments at the John Frieda Salon are subject to availability at the time of booking. 8. All valid entries received during the dates in Condition 4 will go into a prize draw for the first prize, which will take place on 2 August 2008. The winner of the prize will be the first entry randomly selected in this draw. All remaining valid entries will be entered into one of 1000 individual prize draws also taking place on 2 August 2008 according to time / day of entry - there will be a prize draw for all entries received during each 45 minute period. The first entry drawn at random from each runners-up prize draws will receive one Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Range set. In the event of no valid entry being received within any one individual prize draw time frame (i.e 45minutes), the prize will be placed into an additional draw whereby a winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries received. 9. Each Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Range set consist of one [250ml] Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Shampoo, one [190ml] Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Tone Booster and one [250ml] Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Conditioner. 10. All winners will be notified in writing at the address provided on their entry form by 9 August 2008. Winners of the Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Range sets will receive their prize within a further 28 days. 11. Each prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should any advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason. 12. The result of each prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. The first prize winner's details (name and county only) will be made available for 6 weeks by sending an SAE to "John Frieda® Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Website Promotion Winner", The Blue Building, 40 Vanstone Place, Fulham, London SW6 1AX, after 9 August 2008. 14. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any costs incurred by a winner relating to their prize or for the acts or omissions of the John Frieda Salon or any other third party. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature which is suffered as a result of or in connection with treatments at the John Frieda Salon or use of any product within the Sheer Blonde® Colour Renew Range set, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 15. The first prize winner may be required to participate in related publicity. 16. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which are deemed to include all instructions on the online entry form. 17. The internet is not a secure medium and information submitted by entrants in this promotion may be accessed by third parties. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. 19. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw that prize and award it to an alternative winner. 20.
