Competition
(June 2008)

Participation
1.1. Entry in this competition implies acceptance of the following rules.
1.2. This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over except employees of DFDS Seaways, Toerisme Noord-Holland, Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions (NBTC) and their family, friends, agencies and persons connected in any way with the organisation & promotion of this competition. Residents of other countries are excluded from entry.
1.3. Entries must be received by 31 July 2008. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entries
2.1. Entries are limited to one entry per household and once a prize has been won, the entry in question will be removed from the prize-draw.
2.2. Illegible or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
2.3. NBTC does not accept responsibility for non-receipt or loss of entries.
2.4. All entries become the absolute property of NBTC.
2.5. Entrants agree that their name and entry is published by NBTC on www.holland.com and by DFDS Seaways on www.dfds.co.uk and the entrant may be asked to take part in post-competition publicity.
2.6. No purchase necessary.
2.7 Entries can be submitted via participating in the game via www.atozcamercar.com by taking as many pictures in 60 seconds of highlights in Noord-Holland. Participants can take up to a maximum of 10 pictures.

The draw
3.1. No correspondence will be entered into, apart from point 3.2. below.
3.2. Prize winners will be notified by NBTC by telephone/e-mail/post within 3 weeks of winning the prize (prize-draw ends 31 July 2008). Names available upon request.
3.3. NBTC reserves the right to amend these prize draw rules at any time, without prior notification.
3.4. The winners will be drawn at random.

Prizes
4.1. Prizes are: a free Motoring short break to Noord-Holland with DFDS Seaways for 2 adults and 2 children plus their car. Accommodation will be in at least a 3-star hotel. The short break is valued at approximately £750. The prize includes return sea crossing with DFDS Seaways for two adults and two childrenplus car and one night onboard in an inside 2 berth cabin. The car must be under 1.85m high. Maximum 5 days stay. Available on departures from 1 September - 30 December 2008. Subject to availability and terms and conditions apply. No cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part for any prizes offered.
4.2. NBTC reserves the right to change the prize to a prize of equal value, should circumstances require this.
4.3. Travel prize is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space. Limited availability during public holiday and festive periods.

General
5.1. Personal details will not be passed onto third parties or other organisations without prior permission of the entrants, with the exception of cases where this is essential for the progress of the competition entered into.
5.2. These Prize Draw Rules are governed by the laws of Holland
