TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The winner must be aged 50 or over and a traveling companion 40 or over.
2. No purchase necessary for entry into the free prize draw.
3. All named recipients of this promotion are eligible to enter.
4. Only one entry per household allowed.
5.Faxes, photocopies or any other duplicates will not be accepted.
6. All entries must be received on or before the prize draw end date of 31st July 2008.
7. The promoter is not responsible for any entries lost or delayed in the post.
8. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
9. The draw will take place on the 31st July 2008 and will be officiated by the Marketing Manager of Saga Publishing Ltd.
10. The winner will be notified by post 21 days after the prize draw has taken place.
11. No cash alternative will be offered.
12. The prize is not transferable.
13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
