That's a plural, so there must be more than one on offer.
T&Cs: Standard double room only, subject to availability, ie, hotel's discretion, so if it's peak season, they can tell you to sod off, 2 weeks notice minimum must be given, over 18s only.

By entering you agree to the hotel people getting your details, but noone else will get them.
