  James’ Villa Holiday Competitions – White Stuff Competition

  1. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

  2. White Stuff and James Villa Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice.

  3. Employees of White Stuff or any company involved in the Competition or members of their families or households are not eligible to enter the Competition.

  4. Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed.

  5. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition.

  6. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. White Stuff reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

  7. Closing date for entries 31st July 2008. Only one entry per household.

  8. All spending money and other expenses (including personal expenses, travel, insurance etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

  9. White Stuff and James Villa Holidays cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

  10. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition is promoted by White Stuff and James Villa Holidays.

  11. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

  12. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the prize draw taking place. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not collect the prize within 5 days of this 28 day period then a new winner will be selected.

  13. The prize includes 7 night’s holiday in a villa in Spain with two flights to the value €1,000

  14. The holiday must be chosen from a selection provided with all holidays departing prior to the 31st May 09

  15. The prize winner will be drawn and notified by the 01st Aug 08 and the prize must be booked within four weeks of notification.

  16. Spending money is not provided by James Villa Holidays and is the responsibility of the prize winner It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have valid passports and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.

  17. The prize is non transferable, and there is no cash alternative. The holiday subject to availability.

  18. No purchase necessary to enter. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 21 years and over, except employees of James Villa Holidays, White Stuff or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.

  19. These terms and conditions are correct at time of being printed but may be subject to change without notice.
