By taking part in this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
To enter this promotion go online at https://www.copellafruitjuices.co.uk and enter your details. Alternatively, you can enter by post by simply sending in your name, address, telephone number and email address to ‘Copella Garden Makeover, PO Box 25, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1ZG’. You can also enter at the Copella sampling stand at the 2008 Hampton Court Palace Flower Show by filling in the entry form attached to the Copella sampling leaflet and placing it in the drop box sited at the stand. Please confirm whether you wish to opt in to receiving further offers or information from the Promoter with regard to Copella products.
This same promotion may be featured in different media and entries from all sources will be amalgamated for the draw.
No purchase is necessary.
The opening date for receipt of entries is 28 April 2008 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 31 July 2008 (the “Closing Date”).
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical or other issues that cause late, partial, undelivered or non-receipt of entries. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
Only one entry per person and per household. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
The winner of this promotion will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date under independent supervision on 8 August 2008. There will be one draw and one winner. The prize of the garden makeover will be undertaken at the winner’s designated address at a date to be agreed between the winner and the garden designer, but must be undertaken between 1 September 2008 and 30 April 2009 and the garden makeover will take no longer than 3 months.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity related to this promotion.
The name and county of the winner will be available at https://www.copellafruitjuices.co.uk between 9 September 2008 and 31 December 2008.
By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. This site sems to keep your details up after you have entered...it had Susie's details on when I clicked on to it.

Thanks for this but when I used the link someones details were on the link, I have tried to delete them for security reasons however the link still shows the details. Does anyone know how to delete the details?
