Loch Lomond Golf - Terms and Conditions

1. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight, Thursday 31 July 2008
2. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over, are proficient golfers and are available to take the prize either in October 2008 or April 2009 - winners may be required to provide handicap certificates on arrival.
3. No purchase necessary, only one entry per household
4. No cash alternative will be offered
5. There is 1 prize for 3 people consisting of: 2 nights bed & breakfast at the Cameron House Hotel, 1 round of golf at Loch Lomond Golf Club and 1 round of golf at The Carrick and for the avoidance of doubt does not include additional costs incurred such as transport, parking or refreshments
6. The promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the competition
7. Instructions to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions and entry into the promotion are deemed to signify acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
8. All entries must be via our online entry form
9. The draw will take place on Thursday 7 August 2008 and winners will be notified by Friday 8 August 2008.
10. The winner will be the first entry drawn by VisitScotland under independent supervision
11. The winner will be notified initially by telephone where possible
12. The winners name will be available for a period of 1 month after the closing date by enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope and writing to VisitScotland Loch Lomond Golf Draw, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh EH6 6JH
13. Winners may be required to participate in associated publicity
14. VisitScotland's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value without prior notice
