    Looks like pigsback have a problem as the following was posted on 02/06/06

    I see it's not only me then. Hmm, I emailed them on the 2nd, had no reply yet so have just emailed again. My envelope didn't look tampered with either like pug_in_a_bed's just like someone had forgotten to put one in.

    My Mum ordered two different vouchers on 19th May, one £5 Costa Coffee and one £10 TGI voucher. She received the £10 voucher within a few days but she still has not received the £5 voucher. We were not sure if they should have been in the same envelope or separate ones, so we gave them some time. Mum emailed them on 1st June to ask if they were sent separately or together and still has not had a reply. :confused:

    Should I be worried?

    Yes - it's a crap and totally redundant remake of the original apparently! :):)

    Hahaha, i think i may just leave it in my handbag then. :rotfl:

    Thanks though.. i'd have probably just packed that up with the rest of the kitchen stuff otherwise. However, we're moving next door to my dad so i don't think he'll mind us borrowing things (bottles of wine etc etc haha). :p

    I complained to Pigsback about receiving 177 points when i had staked 200 points on a winning selection on the jackpot pool. This is the reply;

    "Thanks for your mail.

    The Jackpots work by awarding correct entries a share of the Pool. All Jackpots
    incur a 20% admin charge so it is a possibility that you could receive less than
    your original stake back. This would happen if the majority of members chose the
    same answer.

    However we are changing the Jackpots so that winning entries will receive at the
    least their original stake back.
    I have also issued 23 PiggyPoints back to your account.

    Don't hesitate to contact me should you have any further queries."

    I would just like to commend Pigsback on this, giving me excellent customer service:T
