Letter from CABOT this morning, CCA not yet available so they are suspending all action on my account until they can provide it...and the amount I owe has somehow gone down by £683!

I have moved the image to my original pic of the letter from CABOT dated 12 may..so I have reposted it here for anyone who may be interested.

    Hi all
I have since rec'd another letter from CABOT identical to the one above. As they acknowledge that they are holding off all action on my account until they can get hold of the CCA, do I still need to send the 44 day cca letter?

Yes, you need to send all the letters and make sure you follow the procedures, including reporting them to trading standards and the OFT.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

No, you must continue to send the letters to complete the CCA process.
