Have managed to scan the document onto my computer but struggling with how to upload it to here.
    Bear with me.
  • Do you have a photobucket account, if so, upload it there and then paste the IMG code in the thread, its about the 4th box under the picture when its uploaded. If you dont have an account you can register realy quickly for free.

    Hope you get it sorted

You can put in a defence that there is no account number ! How are you expected to know what it relates to ? They go to court without that they will be in deep do do . You can also say you believe there is no valid CCA , its very difficult to determine what is enforceable or not .

The claimant can resubmit a new POC (Particulars Of Claim)

Thanks everyone. My computer is playing up now. My eyes are hurting and baby is restless so going to knock this on the head for tonight and pick it up again tomorrow.
10past6 - Sorry if you've been hanging on for me, hopefully catch up with you again tomorrow.
    Thanks again.

OK Tracy, don't worry, the default notice relates to your defence which I'll deal with when you're ready, for now the most important aspect is to acknowledge the claim, the defence is a separate issue.

    Hi Tracy

I can't expand that image, but from what I can see on viewing it, it looks flawed on several points.

It does not give you 14 days to remedy the breach, it's dated 01 and fix the remedy by 15th, that's not allowing for postage.

This will be used within your defence.

Have they issued you with a termination letter?

No - i've had a good route through the paperwork and can't see a termination letter. Weve had several 'Arrears Notices' but I don't think they're what you're after.

OK, on the claim for you've received from the court, are they claiming the WHOLE amount on the account?

The 'Amount Claimed' figure on the claim form is £6669.98. The figures on the default notices are £3834.50 and £3096.86 (total £6931.36) so not exactly sure what they are claiming.

BTW - found the other cca.
