yes i did have an agent from england call me on a cold call basis but i had that when i bought my windows
sometimes it is good to take a cold call or two if people cant except that everybody has to make a living somehow i am an old believer sorry about that

You expect cold calling with windows and its allowed.

However, it is not allowed with investments. It is a breach of FSA rules to cold call investments. Hence why you see such a negative response here to any firm that cold calls you with investments. If they are breaking the rules when trying to get your business, what other rules are they breaking?
these people called me from the usa

And that is where most of the scams come from. No FSA authorisation. No consumer protection. No rules or regulations to follow.

i have had some 20 calls this week from all over the world
When scammers get somebody to sign up they can make more money off their victim by selling the person's details to other scammers, a "suckers list" in other words.

If you are getting 20 foreign calls a week then you are on that suckers list. If you made money out of any of them you should consider yourself extremely fortunate. In a ponzi scheme for example the first few to sign up do sometimes make money out of it - at the expense of many others.

I strongly suggest you do not accept any more foreign cold calls or you will get your fingers badly burnt.
  • I'm sorry I don't know of Parnchris but if you've been offered them at a good price this is probably because a huge batch has been bought cheaply and the shares are being offered to certain customers.

Wealthy successful stockbrokers are like any other business people - they do it because they enjoy it. Many a wealthy person could have retired twenty years ago but work because they're driven and enjoy it.

My mum died two years ago and was proud I am doing well in marketing.

The fact is that this firm is acting illegally. It doesnt matter what justification you attempt to give it. They are breaking UK law. Section 19 and/or 21 of FSMA (Financial Services and Markets Act)

    http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Doing/Regulated/Law/Alerts/overseas.shtml#p

The warning should be enough for anyone with in UK with a modicum of common sense.

Such firms are often involved in ‘boiler room’ activities and pose a high degree of risk to consumers. They frequently engage in tactics including cold-calling members of the public offering shares that later turn out to be worthless or high risk. The callers can be very persistent and extremely persuasive. If you are cold-called by an unauthorised overseas firm in relation to stocks or shares, you should be extremely careful. If you are contacted in such a manner, the FSA advises that you simply terminate the telephone call – the most effective protection against such unauthorised firms is to have nothing to do with them.

It's amazing how both the posters supporting them felt moved to join a forum for the sole purpose of making a single post saying how great they are. Not suspicious at all.

My advice to posters here will remain as it always has - don't buy shares tipped by cold callers, particularly when those companies are based abroad and not regulated by the UK's FSA.

    No exceptions.
I am one of the supporters of Parker Forrester and I posted positive comments for people thinking of investing with them. It seems all the comments I've read on this forum about PF are based on what people think. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks - if you research PF you'll find the facts : that they're on the list of companies registered in China under the China Securities Regulatory Commission and in the US under the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Are you resident in the UK (and not a non-dom) - if so you appear to be committing tax evasion, and trying to encourage others to do likewise

    Taxes? On an ISA.

And speaking of getting rich on an ISA, two of my funds have increased in value by +30% since March.

I just hope other people are not so taken in by your poorly concocted thread
