Oh, I just linked to the thread because I wanted the person who found it to get the credit. Think the link is in the first post:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0

News:
- Got my £28 from Dell purchase validated this week. Should get another £3.50 from amazon via cashbackrewards but it doesnt seem to have tracked yet
- Onepoll are still delivering surveys, been a bit slower this week but still earnt about 80p
- Signed up for the Royal Mail mystery poster, and received 18 x 1st class stamps this morning for free. Doesn't look too difficult either.
March and April seem to be under control present wise too...am not frequenting Boots as much as I usually do, so don't know whether to keep getting the vouchers from Pigsback or start getting CD wow vouchers with the points (I invariably need them at xmas) but not sure if they expire etc? I would use the Boots vouchers on 75% off day next year, so they wouldn't be wasted.
How are you all getting on? Would be great to see your updates too

I dont know if this counts
but I have been doing surveys
and every time I had enough points
to get a £5 HMV e voucher I cashed it out
and stored it on the HMV site.
I had promised my kids a Wii for last Christmas
but they were sold out everywhere, which was
lucky for me.they have been really good about
it and have accepted they would have to wait.
Last Friday they finaly got some in stock.
So all I had to put towards it was £60.
I know I never got enough surveys done
in time to cover the complete cost but
managed to do a fair amount in time to
cover most of it.Plus there is no way I
could ever have afforded to pay cash
for this and would certainly never have
gone into debt for it.
Its just arrived and the kids dont know,
they are going to be so surprised.
As they dont know I managed to get one
for them.:j:j:j0 -
That's brilliant rosekitten, well done!
I'm superexcited today, I have some book vouchers I've been hoarding, and a friend who's not able to get hold of a particular book and wants to swap them for a pair of shoes that she found in a thrift shop that are my size and just what I was looking for. Good old fashioned bartering!Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -
WOW WELL DONE ROSE KITTEN! That is exactly the spirit! You don't have tobe able to cover the cost 100% but as close as possible to it!! Can I ask which survey sites you were getting the HMV vouchers from? and...are they online or instore? I always use HMV!

Hi All
I know its almost 3 months in but can i please join??
need to start gettign my act together because christmas is always a struggle for us and i hate it - am goign to start with the tescos vouchers soon to get some food savign money put aside 9im due about £8 this month) so i figure if i put cash equivelent on a savings card then i can put the voucher towards something else in the clubcard deals
Think ill aim for about £300 for gifts for family - not including bf, or son (have 22 to buy for including grandparents and pets!) then id like another £100 at least in food stamps put aside to cover the christmas shop.
Time to find me again0 -
the more the better! you can join at any stage!!! hello sammy kaye!
