    Yes you do mate, do not rush things and give them longer as well, don't just jump in on the deadline day - give them an extra week before following up and remember to let me know before responding if they write back, so you dont mess it up matey lol :beer:

    Nice one mate, you gotta give them time to at least sort stuff out, the time-scales are a little strict but if it ever went to court it shows leniency on your behalf and doesn't do you any harm if you know what I mean...

    Hi Guys,

    I've been very quiet on this board recently. Just seen this thread and I'm going to have a good read tonight and give it a shot. I have 2 defaults on my file - both with Egg. Both satisfied and due to drop off 2010 and 2012. Can't wait that long lol

    Those barstewards Cabot have put a default on my Experian file dating back to 2007 for that Barclays account. I am not happy.
