Tesco Electricals

Finally got a refund to my Visa card from Tesco Electricals. ONLY because Visa were threatening to return TV via a private carrier which would have cost TE as much as the TV itself. SUDDENLY they were able to refund the very same day. How strange, eh? So, there it sits in my garage. Still uncollected. Anyone know how long it is before it legally becomes my property?

i always buy my eleckys from somewhere like asda, comet, empire or richer sounds.

sure you have to take them home yourself (or pay delivery- which was £15 for a washer, but it was installed- all good) but a bit of time and effort can save you that.
and no waiting around, so more time in front of new tv instead of waiting for it .things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then

Write to Tesco, inform them of problem of TV and tell them you are charging them for daily storage? Once the storage charges mount to the cost of the TV. I reckon it would be legal for you to keep or sell to recover unpaid storage costs.
However I bet tesco would be down the next day to collect the TV
