Maybe you are try to claim to many vouchers at once, have you tried claiming just 1 voucher?

I think my understanding is that you only enter the validation code for your mobile on your first request, not sure if you have to enter it again(thanks to BritBrat for the screengrab)

From post one of this thread
.......until you receive a text from Pigsback with the validation code. When you have the code enter it in the appropriate place and click on Submit or Enter. Do not make the mistake of closing down Pigsback or moving on to a different page before validating or you will lose the opportunity of entering the validation code and I believe you will then have to start the whole rewards process again.
