Got one of these for first to pm . I never spend more than £25.00 so no good to me.
Guess its good for Mr T as its a 99 code........ gone now to coupon mad,0 -
I have just got back from the local newspapers (a very small shop attached to the post office) with my copy of the sun. There I was looking at various coupons in different newspapers and trying to decide should I buy, should I not......and along comes the boss ( who is usually a right GOS (grumpy old sod) - never smiles or says thank you). Still undecided, and realising he was watching me, I quickly blurted out, "Oh i do intend to buy the paper, just seeing which ones have the coupons in" "no problem" came a cheerful reply, "go ahead, in fact why dont you sit yourself down, make yourself comfy, take your time". feeling a bit surprised I did exactly that - suprised he never offered me a cuppa!!!!! Then the unexpected came from him "tomorrows papers have lots of coupons - icecreams, chocolates etc......come at 12.30 tomorrow and get the coupons....."oh, do you mean I dont have to buy the paper" "no, of course you dont, just come before 12.30 because thats when I'll be sending them back" "thank you thats really kind of you...ummm....what about the weekdays" (i said in a joyful tone)..."no problem, come at 5pm as I will be closing at 5.30 and thats when I do the returns, come and get as many coupons as you want coz i'll be sending them all back anyway......" OMG......i was totally bewildered, could not believe what I heard - free coupons for free stuff in t's - cant get any better. Only thing he prob. never realised my mind was far from chocs n icecream nss......
Unfortunately, can't make it tomorrow as have an appointment on other side of town, but guess where I'll be at 12.30 on sat and 5pm on weekdays. thats it - I'm dumping my local borders store and sticking to this little newsagents from now on. Its further away but who will say no to free coupons......
My parents used to own a newsagents and they retired about 6 years ago. I had no knowledge of the world of coupons back then....and often used to think I wish they still had it as it would be v. handy....buy hey...looks like i have found the next best thing.........ooohhhh i'm so delighted!!!!!!
Please do not take my advice the wrong way:eek:Grannie is trying to look after you and pass on her years of experience:cool:I am not a beige person:D0 -

Having a great saving time with the Sun coupons.
used 4 this week and spread my shopping over the 4 trips. stocked up on soap powder and things like that.
I gave the young male SA a bundle of coupons yesterday and got £24 off my shop. Even my son was impressed as my shopping only cost £8 ish.
I just wish I had found out about this site years ago, cannot believe how much I have lost.
Many thanks to everyone who finds coupons.
By the way, the coupons on the lacto free milk are 2 x 30p coupons (for 2 different items, one cheese and one yoghurt) not 1 coupon for 30p as thought.
Have a lovely bank holiday rest and look forward to saving more money next week.0 -
