Free time delay products in boots!!!

What is it?

Boots are currently running a 'Change One Thing' campaign for the New Year. As part of this there are a series of leaflets available in-store focusing on different topics.

In the 'Your Free Look Great Starter Pack' peach coloured leaflet there is a voucher at the back for £5 off Time Delay or Danielle Ryman products in Boots.

Whats the loophole?

There are lots of products in the Time Delay range that are under a fiver so this is a great freebie to bag! Items under £5 which you are the deep cleansing wipes, hand and nail crean, cleansing wash, cleanser and toner. In other words use the voucher and you'll get it free.

There is not a lot under a fiver in the Danielle Ryman range but look out for BOGOF offers as MoneySavers have reported being able to use these as well. Also look out for clearance items as there may be some items under £5 in the sale.

The important Terms and conditions on the voucher:

The voucher must be presented at the till before your transaction is progressed. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. This voucher is valid until 31/01/06. Photocopies of the voucher will not be accepted and the voucher is not transferable. This voucher cannot be used as part payment with Advantage Card points. Offer cannot be used on boots.com or bootsdirect.

Any issues:

My suspicion is that Boots wasn't really thinking that people would come in and grab multiple leaflets as they're able to do, and thus grab lots of freebies rather than discount. As such people are reporting stores with no leaflets left or they've run out of the freebies. Thus GO QUICK. GO QUICK. GO QUICK

Went into Boots yesterday and I picked up a look great change one thing booklet. At the back of the booklet they have coupons and one of the coupons is save £5 on Daniele Ryman and Time delay. Picked up some time delay facial wipes for £4 to use with the voucher and it worked. Went back and tried it again with some time delay cleanser that was £4.50 and i had that free too!!!

Its a great offer I managed to get 8 items yesterday. The offer finishes on 31/1/06

Here's some of the time delay items you can get free:-

Facial Wipes
Hand and Nail Cream
Cleanser
Toner
Exfoliating Cleansing Wash

Hope this helps alot of people :)

Just how long is the time delay though? If I wash my face I want it to appear clean pretty much instantly; not at some undetermined point in the future. Time delay toner is more worrying; I can imagine suddenly turning a bright shade of orange in the middle of a crucial business meeting.
    Can I help?

No booklets to been seen in local store - but what was I actually looking for; little pamphlet or big mag? By the door or by the check-out?

It's a A5 size pamphlet papper like - not glossy - they come in lots of colour depending what you want to 'change' the one you want for this offer is a yellowish colour.

    hope this helps

Thanx, I'm really bad for biting my skin round my nails so any freebie hand cream comes in very handy. I got some last night and I'll be going again today. there was heaps of leaflets left instore, but I didn't manage to get my monthly fix of the health and beauty mag though!!

Got mine today - hand and nail cream plus some exfoliating face wash saving £9!

I am not sure what the 'time delay' is, but I have been using their wrinkle filler cream for a couple of months now and I can still see the lines ...
