Looks like it's their usual thing where you have to enter codes over several days. So, as usual, please post the codes if you buy the Mirror and I'll update this post. Cheers 
Update: you have to collect 5 out of 7 codes from the 12th to the 18th. These codes can then be entered Here (thanks fulltimemum). You'll then get an email with the £5 voucher in about a week.
Therefore the earliest you can start submitting codes is Wednesday the 16th.
Voucher valid until 30th November.
There are 75,000 £5 vouchers, and £1 vouchers to anyone after that.

IF it's like previous offers, you get a set of codes from the paper over a few days. You then enter these on a special page on the Play website and you get emailed the code later on. The codes in the paper are not unique, they are the same for every copy of the paper. So you don't have to buy the paper, you can just get them here.0
