  • We didn't get in today, they had a list and checked names against it and needed ID for everyone. It was ridiculous. I wonder if it's just because it's Easter Friday though. Did anyone else had the same problem tonight?

Did they refuse you entry because you didn't have ID? I'm trying to think of anything other than a Boots card that people could use for ID.

Hope you have better luck another time

  • No, I had ID, but I was picking tickets up for a few friends who were travelling from up north. She said I can't pick them up because she needed to see everyone's ID. I wonder if it's just becuase it's easter or maybe they overallocated complimentary tickets and didn't want to see any go to waste- there was a queue waiting into the cold.

I also think it depends who is at the door. There's an african girl who was clearly trying to do her job but was a bit inconsiderate with the entire queue as everyone was freezing and she took her sweet time checking every ID and matching them to a list, and I mean at least a few minutes a person. I mean !!!!!! they are complimentary tickets no?? Not a entry clearance into the white house!

We were not happy - and will probably write a complaint to the organisers, esp since they informed us tickets were transferrable.

My friends went a few days ago and didn't get IDed nor did they spend yonkers verifying lists, so I guess we just had bad luck
