    Thank you to amazing Bella who gave me her prize! We managed to find £65 flights (+ £10 luggage). Which I think is brilliant for a 5 night holiday & a gig including a great band.

    I emailed the organiser and he said that he's contacted thousands of competition entrants and hardly any are students. The competition is still open until tomorrow midnight, so if you're a student and reading this you might as well apply!

    Ive won this too! Shame it isn't with the flights but I'm texting round my friends to see if anyone is up for it!

    Can you tell me where you found the £65 flights? Cheapest I can get is £80 and let's face it were all moneysavers

    I didn't read it properly, either. I've replied as well - without flights, though, it's no use, although that is a bit moot anyway - I'm not a student either! :o:o

    Yes I had this email too today, but im not a student either so cant use the tickets, and this is my FIRST win too!, just my luck!!!! ......shame, could really have done with a little holiday in the sun listening to live music too!....

    It appears that more than 10 people won runner up prize, yet the competition doesn't close until midnight, that's odd.

    According to the website this is the first time Spring Break has been held for UK students.

    I'm guessing the event didn't get enough publicity/people so they are giving away the spare rooms/tickets to fill it up?

    Which airport did you guys get flights to? Because I've been shopping around for flights and there appears to be 2 airports nearby?

    Edit: In fact, just thinking about it, there was this company that went on that TV show "Dragons Den" - I remember seeing a pitch a while back for a UK student festival - I'm wondering whether this was it? Well I hope it's a success, it seems like a good idea.
