    Hi, I'm new and I just had to join to express my views on this.

    I ordered a large bag Sunday 3rd. Since that time I've heard nothing vountarily from Lush at all which I think is a pretty poor show to be hoest. What if I had ordered as a gift? No communication at all. Two days ago I emailed their customer service asking about the status of my order.

    This is the reply:

    "Thank you for your email.

    As detailed on our forum, all grab bag orders will be dispatched by this evening so you should be receiving your order by Wednesday next week.

    I hope this is ok, but please give us a call on 01202 668545 if we can be of any further assistance."

    I was a bit put out at the assumption I should know because I should be reading their forum and I've still not received it.

    The customer service isn't great. I'm pretty disappointed. And I still don't have my order.

    wow!!!! i cant believe it a huge box was delived 20 mins ago.by dhl ... i have enough lush for a year, i bought just two lush grab bags £40 and i recieved soooo much well over 50 items, i still cant believe it, i just want to say thanks mse because i love lush and yet with a household of five its expensive, so this way eveyone is happy and gets a treat once a week or so :) thaks everyone. :) mmmm the whole house smells amazing and all that popcorn packaging is goin to be used feeding the birds. XX

    I just phoned them again, and the lady said mine hasnt been dispatched yet :( but it should be going out hopefully today or tomorrow, unfortunalty she said she didnt know any more lol so i thanked her and lush for being good sports by honering all the sales! she sounded quite thrilled actually, i think they are getting alot of calls from people moaning, we should just be happy we are getting the bargains!! lol

    just phoned them and am glad I did, my order status is saved order which means for some reason it has not gone througt even though it has a web order number there is nothing showing their end. She is going to speak to someone to see if they can still honour the order as it was a promotion and call me back. No explanation as to why it is showing as saved order. Never ordered with lush before and so far I'm not that impressed :(

    eta: they are going to honour and I should receive within 5 working days so no valentines sparkles for me :(

    just had my large bag delivered.Must say that i am a bit disappointed but i think that maybe cos i have no idea what the prices would be in the shop.I think it was supposed to be worth £80(am i right?).

    I got a big box called christmas present(is this the one worth £29.99?)

    a secrect santa
    a stocking fella
    a big lush pud(smashed to pieces)

    and loads of other bits n bobs.

    Is anybody keeping there stuff for Christmas next year?only one of my products had an expiry date on for feb 2009.

    i just called lush and they said my order for a large bag was dispatched yesterday, can't wait to get it, love lush. I ended up going to lush last week, as i couldn't wait and got some bits.
