    anybody else had problems? :mad:

    i signed up for the 3mths free trial unlimited and have just noticed that when i login this info screen comes up:

    You have just started a free trial. Your account information is below. To make any changes go to 'My Account' when you are logged in to our site and follow the instructions.
    When you do your 2nd DVD rental (or in 14 days' time, whichever is the sooner) your debit/credit card will be automatically charged £4.47, and so on every month that you continue to be a member. If you cancel your membership before then and return your DVDs promptly there will be no charge for our service.
    Package: 1 DVDs at once (up to 2 rents per month)
    Free trial: 1 free DVD rentals (within 14 days)

    but then when i go to my account it states:

    Package: DVD - 3 Disc unlimited
    Next payment: May 01, 2008

    i dont know what is going on with them, and the site is incredibly slow and full of cookies

    does anyone know the email address to contact them at Tesco DVD rental (i'm fed up of the Help Centre:rolleyes: )

    I had a weird thing happen too, used the code from this thread (forgot to thank the person that posted it but will go back and do it now!) and went right through the details, with it telling me I could have a 90-day trial; then when i clicked on 'Start trial' or whatever it was, it told me i'd already had one! Will it be because I used that code, do you think? I've sent them an email...

    Hi LushLady - no, just tried to sign up tonight and they told me I'd already had the trial. i've had LoveFilm and Blockbuster but they're not related to Tesco, are they?

    Duh - missed that bit in the earlier post. Got this from Tesco.

    A free trial is available to new DVD rental subscribers only. Existing subscribers, or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial period with any member of the LOVEFiLM group of companies (including ScreenSelect), or any website powered by LOVEFiLM or Video Island are not eligible and will be billed normally for use of the service. According to our terms and conditions only one free trial is allowed per household so we cannot authorise a second free trial at this time.

    We confirm that the registration process has not yet been completed on your account with TESCO and is considered "cancelled" for all billing purposes. We assure that no DVDs will be sent to you and no amount will be debited from your account.<

    just an update....

    i have been recieving my DVDs 3 at a time no problem and they havent charged me yet

    so looks like all ok despite the login page

    I was also wondering this. Furthermore, if doing it through quidco will putting this code in stop you from getting £15.50?
