PS3 to Sweden to NEW eBayer!? Ineligible PayPal Protection

OK... well maybe I need some help here PLEASE!!!
aaargh!
A NEWLY REGISTERED eBayer signed up to eBay only today from SWEDEN, and bought one of these PS3's ... I am ineligible for PayPal Seller Protection as he lives out of UK/USA/Canada. PayPal site says send item trackable service, which I would, but could still face a chargeback (if buyer paid via fraudulent means) upto 180 days (6 months?!)
The buyer has paid me the cash, £475, however that included the £25 for UK postage ONLY... I only specified delivery services to UK & Ireland... and anyone else was supposed to contact me beforehand to enquire about charges.
I have emailed him back saying the delivery charge would be more.
DILEMNA is :
1. Find a tracking service to Sweden, OR
2. Refund the money, and relist the item?? (would I get eBay charges back for final value fee??)
Thanks!

The listing is here:

You say cash, but I presume you mean paypal.
There's no way I'd send an expensive item to a newly registered buyer overseas, if they paid with paypal.
Tracking won't protect you on this one.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Email sent:
I am refunding your payment and relisting the item. Apologies for this, but it did state postage charges to UK & Ireland only, and to contact me beforehand for deliveries elsewhere.
Also, I stated that delivery would be to CONFIRMED/VERIFIED addresses only, and PayPal says your address in 'unconfirmed'.
Thanks for your interest, and I hope you understand.
Merry Christmas,
Xstyle
I just don't feel comfortable selling outside of UK with no seller paypal protection. Abit fishy the guy only reg on eBay today, and spent £500!
Oh the joys....0 -
do i relist the item, or do I do a new listing??
as this one now has an unpaid dispute due to unconfirmed address (as I requested a final value fee credit).

I think you did the right thing although I am perplexed as to the scramble for these as they are available in most shops0

ps3 40gb are available for around £300, the ps3 60gb with backwards compatibility and a few other features, that the 40gb doesn't have, are now hard to find.
it is the ps3 60gb that is selling for £400-£5000
