Flour and cakes

Hi Guys

I'm hoping that someone can help me, I've got the munchies and want to make some of the fridge cookies! However, on searching the cupboards, I have apparently made too many previously as I only have white strong flour left....

Is it possible to use this flour to make the cookies or will it not work???!!

Thanks

Murtle

Can't say for sure but I think it would be alright. I'd certainly try it if I was desperate! Happy munching.

It should work ok. Treat it as you would plain flour. So if the recipe calls for SR you'd need to add baking powder.
