SARA if it was not a girls name google brings up anything Scottish Amateur Rowing Associatoin, Severn Area Rescue Association - I even put SARA debt in and it came up with nothing.

I would forget about it and wait to see if you get any letters.

Hi, sounds very like a company that my sister has had recent dealings with. The number is almost identical, as is the description of their less than exemplary customer service skills. They seem to operate under two names, Legal and Trade, when they are sending scary letters and making unpleasant phonecalls, but Iqor when they write to acknowledge that an an account has been settled.

Not entirely sure who their clients are, but in her case they were acting on behalf of Halifax.
  • Thank you Missylou, you where right.

I received a letter this morning from IQOR Recovery services.NEXT have passed my debt on to them.

Has anyone had a dealings with them concerning DMP ,have contacted Payplan ? Do i have to ring them?

  • I just had a call from them.

I am not in arrears with anyone and they had the wrong surname.

They called me last year and I infromed them of their error, and asked them to correct their mistake.

Their number (after a bit of searching) is 01772 202050

    Hope this helps
    baldly going on...
