    I had a look at the terms and conditions and I think you've got to be under 15 to enter.

    I think you can be any age, but it states that those under 18 must obtain parental permission first

    When you submit the form it gives the T&C's. You have to get parental conset if you are under 18. So i think its open to everyone.
