Swapping Estate agents – advice ?

Thinking of changing EA. We can only change after 12 weeks which is just in 2 weeks,
We have to give 2 weeks notice, during that notice period are the EA obliged to contact us with any new viewings?
After the notice period is up I guess we can start marketing with the new EA straight away?
I am hoping it is all straight forward but just wondering if there are any possible pitfalls?

It is OK to do provided you do not think that any of the people "introduced" by the first agent are likely to come back to you with an offer / another vieiwing. We had one couple who ended up on BOTH agents list but the whiole thing took so long that they would have been "time expired" with the first agent long ago.......0
