Thanks guys for your advice,
The problem is that as we haven't had any viewers it's not actually a problem with whats inside the flat.
The flat is in absoloutely immaculate condition, when we moved in we made a conscious descision not to drill anything or hang things from walls as we knew we would have to move eventually.
We don't smoke so walls being discoloured isn't a problem, we also keep the windows open when cooking to avoid smells.
Well I guess I'm going to have to resign myself to staying in the flat a bit longer then I had wanted but I guess thats life!
I would post a link to the flats listing if I knew how, but we're in Norbury South london if thats any help.
I'm considering changing estate agents aswell because I feel like our EA's really arent too bothered right now.
Thanks again guys0 -
Honestly, I think 265 for norbury is a bit high. Dare I say it, whats the postcode? A mate of mine worked in norbury and she said its almost croydon- and with that, comes a lack of "growth" Im no expert, Ive onl been once though.
However show us it. What you do is find the website in a seperate window, go to the long whgite box at top of the screen with the www website address, click on it till it turns blue, right click your mouse , drop down menu says copy, reopen this page, and then in the reply box, right click again, and select paste. Ta daaaa !
Id also check out your competition. Theres a 3 bed house here for 205k in norbury http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-10860281.rsp?pa_n=3&tr_t=buy
or this 2 bed flat with a garden in streatham is 229 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-4730862.rsp?pa_n=5&tr_t=buy
INsaying that though you only need one person through the door who loves it, if those people arnt coming through it HAS to be a problem with your pictures. my estate agent is internet based and they as a reult dont have a list of buyers for the area. Ive had 7 viewers in a week.
If you have had no viewings how are your photos are they on rightmove? I had noticed with some of the EAs that came round here to value the photos on thier website looked great, but when you go to look at the same property on rightmove there would be just a picture of the outside of the block, or dark carp photos. I avoided these, looked lazy.
If you are thinking of trying someone else, try Housenetwork. 199+vat for the photos and 199+vat on completion - altyhough i do think you have to be sole agency with them. I cannot fault them at all.

x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
If it helps I live in a small two bed house and wanted to move when I fell pregnant with my second, however we had no interest and as time got on decided we had to stay put till the baby came. My little boy turned one this weekend and hopefully we will exchange in two weeks but it hasn't been as bad as I thought. Neither of my kids are good sleepers yet my little boy loved slleping in our room. Luckily there was a nice little gap by the boiler to squeeze the cot in! As for toys he doesnt need that much. So if you can get past the 1st 3 months of clutter you should be OK. Plus the fact we had two interested buyers this time round and got close to asking price!
Good Luck, Stay Hopefull. Maybe mention to EA it will be coming off the marke if they cant do some further marketing.Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
£11,860.00 needed = £1,106 in savings
