Default e: 10/11 Turn photo into posters + 40 prints for £3

What's the deal?

Truprint has a half price promotion on until 10 November, for all photos you turn into posters. Simply upload your photo of choice and it'll print it in poster format for you.
  • 10"x15" is £1.99
  • 12"x18" is £2.99
  • 20"x30" is £8.49
Postage and packing is £1.99 for the first poster and 99p ontop for each subsequent poster.

Plus get 40 free prints on top

If you're a new Truprint customer you can currently bag an extra 40 4x6 prints (the normal offer is 20 prints) simply 'free' (simply upload whatever pictures you want) though actually there is a 99p additional charge on the delivery.

How to get it

This deal is not universally available, it's on the back of a bit of blagging done for MoneySavers. If you're not already registered, first register at Truprint/mse to be eligible for the offer. Please note there is no commercial link between MSE and truprint, the site isn't paid at all for this.

IMPORTANT: If you are ordering the posters, to get the special price Truprint has created a special code for MoneySavers, so once you've clicked checkout just add the code MSE into the coupons box to get your discounted price (again there is no commercial link).

To create a poster

On the home page, click on 'upload photos' on the right hand side of the page.

1. Create an album name and then click 'upload to this album'.

2. At this point users new to Truprint may get the option to download a Quick Install programme. If you don't want to install it click on the link on the bottom left.

3. Click on browse to search through photos saved on your PC and click on 'upload photos'.

4. From there go to "view entire album".

5. You'll see there are tabs across the top of your page. Click on the "store" tab (the one with the gift logo) and then posters on the left hand side.

6. Click on one of your photos, select 'choose this photo' and then pick the size you'ld like it to be and click 'add to cart'

7. If you want to create more posters click the link to "add more posters" underneath and repeat the process.

Truprint is part of snapfish, so if you are already a member of snapfish you can join again using a different email address - well this is what the popup scream said anyways!

Are they actually posters, i.e. on paper?

Or are they printed that size as photos?

Cheers!

Thankyou for this Martin, as truprint sent me an email, offering half price 10x15 poster, but when I tried to input the coupon code they gave me, it didnt work, so this offer, is actually better, due to all the size posters half price.

Ordered 12x18 size, few more xmas pressies sorted, many thanks

Snapfish are Truprint, can you not re-register under a different email address?? I have several email names, all come through to same email account, worth doing it for the freebies or discounted goodies

Also see, KodakGallery: 5x free 12x8" prints for just £1.39 P+P - posted here by sindy. Note: Offer expires 1/01/07, is for new registrants only (using a different email address may work if you're already registered) & your 5 free will expire 30 days after registration (from Kodak's T&C for this offer).

Thanks Martin - I've posted the 40 free at the Free online prints offers thread. G

This looks a great offer, and thanks for the info

Has anyone actually ordered any poster prints from Truprint, or Kodak?
What form are they in (normal paper, glossy paper, photo paper ?)
and how good are they (though for this price it is a bit of a no brainer to send for one to find out - I just want to know whether to order several at once)

According to the Truprint site the posters are "on top-quality photo paper".

Hi everyone - first post for me!

Just to let everyone know about photobox.co.uk - I've started using them this year on a recommendation from a friend and they've been great. You get
- 30 free prints when you sign up
- regular monthly offers (free postage in november, a third off photo books at the moment etc)
- free online storage space for your snaps.

A warning for pixmania.com as well - they are cheap, and the prints were good, but I had trouble with Christmas delivery last year. They say they have recruited more staff this time, but personally I won't be using them again.

Default It only gave me 20 free!!!

Hey there money savers,

I followed Martins instructions to the letter, put the 'MSE' code in, and yes, it did discount the poster, but they only gave me 20 free prints, there is no mention anywhere of the 40 free offer, i got the middle size poster, and 40 prints, and it came to just over 7 and a half quid. Pictures are from Australia though, been meaning to get them done since January and the Missus was chewing me ear off, so i bought them anyway.

The more money i save, the quicker i can buy my Audi

Just a quick note on trying to sign up a second account. Have you tried a second browser, that has not been linked to the snapfish site before? because of cookies, the browser may be holding the details that you have logged in before. I would use another browser and make sure you clear the cookies. Firefox is also said to be generally less of a security risk for internet fraud so it may be a good time to try it out.

The truprint email that I received as an existing customer expired on 27th October and was for all poster sizes, so same offer but finished a week ago. Thanks to Martin for pointing this out. I had missed the 27th cut off and was a bit miffed so this offer saved me a few bob.

I recieved mine today and they are very good quality. Obviously this does depend on the quality of the image you supply them with. I ordered three 20"x30" and my photo images were around 4 meg each from Canon Ixus500. They are printed on good quality photo paper with a gloss finish.

Just for info prints are available on canvas 16"x20" and 20"x24" with £20 off using the code (PM me if interested).

Cheers

I took up this offer and paid by egg card and was surprised to get instant cash back of £2.40 back to my egg card. £2.10 for the poster and 30p for the prints.
