Ford Dealership PPI Please Help

Hi All,
Recently had £2000 back from C*R*C***T, it took 9 months of letter writing and went to the FOS, who ruled in my favour, thanks to everyone on this site.
I am now doing the same to my local Ford dealers here in B`ham who did the same trick of mis-selling PPI to my wife, she wasn`t even aware she had this insurance!
Did the 1st letter, gave the reason she wasn`t told she had the insurance, they have now replied saying:
"To enable Heartlands Ford to deal with these points you have raised within your letter I suggest we arrange a meeting for you to discuss these points with our Business Manager based at our Erdington dealership."
My wife is 7 months pregnant, last thing she needs is a face-to-face meeting with this individual.
What I want to do is refuse and continue the complaint by post.
What do you suggest? Would it harm my case with the FOS is we refuse the face to face meeting?
I am sure this business manager guy will be unpleasant to my wife & no doubt try and sell her a new car (with PPI no doubt) at the same time & why should she take time out of her day to do this, she has done nothing wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all again.

Hi there
I totally agree with you, and the FOS would as well I expect, is to stick to your guns and keep everything in written correspondence, and no it will not affect anything with the FOS, you keep at them, and good luck.
